I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. My training includes Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Core Pattern Therapy. This diverse educational background equips me to gently support clients as they confront their deepest feelings, face what isn’t working in their lives, and embrace the discomfort of change. I am dedicated to helping them explore their past, undo long-standing behavioral patterns, and discard entrenched habits that may have become part of their identity, thus clearing a path back to their authentic self.
Per the No Surprises Act (HR 133), you have the right to a “Good Faith Estimate” that explains the costs you incur for future medical care.
